Project Summary: Works comprise the construction of a 10,000sq.ft extension to the existing fabrication facility to create additional expansion space for goods storage/distribution. Works include extended delivery canopy, rapid rise roller shutters and modifications to external yard areas. The building will include additional Photovoltaic installations. Bowman Riley Architects are appointed as lead designer with RWO Associate providing Civil & Structural design and CGP MEP appointed for M&E Consulting Services.
