Project Summary: The project comprises the shell construction of 14no. 1,000ft2 industrial units, with associated services and external works, in addition to the 14no. units built in 2013. Installation of the wall cladding is imminent with internal concrete slabs to be poured thereafter. On completion of the contracted shell works, Rkb Electrical will be appointed to fit-out the units in accordance with the agreed tenant specifications.
Works are being undertaken alongside Waller & Partner Architects and Topping Civil & Structural Engineers.
