Project Summary: Works comprise construction of 37,000ft2 of industrial units, and an 8,750ft2 educational building, with associated services. An extensive demolition and site remediation package was undertaken by Rock Structural PMC Ltd prior to commencement of the main works. The development includes 4no. trade counter units, 17no. smaller light industrial units with the flexibility to amalgamate units and install storage mezzanines and an education facility. A café and 81no. car parking spaces will be provided on site.
